1. Services Provided

Bexar CRM provides customer relationship management (CRM) software and related services designed to help businesses manage their customer interactions, track sales, and streamline processes.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must maintain the security of your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Payment Terms

Fees: All fees for the services will be outlined in the agreement you sign with Bexar CRM. Fees are payable in accordance with the payment schedule stated in the agreement. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard.

Late Payments: If any payment is not received by the due date, Bexar CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until the outstanding balance is paid.

4. 30-Day Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or services with Bexar CRM by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations received with less than 30 days' notice will result in charges for the following billing period.

No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the services in the event of cancellation.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and updated information necessary for Bexar CRM to deliver services. Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Service Modifications

Bexar CRM reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with reasonable notice. We will endeavor to notify you in advance of any significant changes that may impact your use of the services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Bexar CRM, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are the sole property of Bexar CRM. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for your internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bexar CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. In no event shall Bexar CRM’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the incident.

9. Termination

Bexar CRM reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered will remain due, and you must cease all use of the services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of this Agreement, including business operations, strategies, and client data.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Texas.

12. Amendments

Bexar CRM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification to you. Your continued use of the services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
